Presenting the new Light Curtain from Link Controls, a safety equipment accessory that is simple to install with a direct connection that is compatible with most door controllers.
How it Works?
An array of photoelectric transmitters projects parallel infrared light beams to a receiver. When an object/person interrupts one or more beams in the projected field, the light curtain then sends a signal to the control panel.
Ensure maximum safety with a light curtain, with a small housing (16x16mm) the light curtain can be installed directly to the door frame guides allowing a quick & tidy installation. Using an older door system? The safety light curtain is ideal for upgrading or retrofitting door systems which cannot comply with the specified maximum closing forces. The aluminium housing is fully filled with epoxy resin and is extremely robust in line with the tough environmental demands imposed on door systems. The Light Curtain also has an ambient light safety of ≥100klux therefore direct sunlight does not impair its functionality.
The Light Curtain comes with an alignment mode, with an electronic alignment indicator and an adjustable mounting clamp, perfect alignment is easily achieved.
